Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the process of being aware of one’s present moment experience, on purpose, and without judgment. Mindfulness allows one to see things as they are, not how they want them to be. This increased awareness allows one to be intentional with their choices while also experiencing life more fully. Mindfulness has been scientifically shown to reduce stress, depression, and anxiety, while improving health. Mindfulness training can be done alone or in conjunction with other treatments.
